The county is enforcing water only in the gyms.

Rules

1) The game will be divided into six (6) 5-minute periods. A controlled clock will keep the time. Time will stop for timeouts, ball out of bounds, jump balls, foul shots, injury timeouts and when the referee stops play for whatever reason by blowing the whistle.

2) No Substitutions expect for injury or foul outs.

3) Full court defense and man to man defenses are prohibited when a team has lead in excess of 20 points. Once the lead is back to 15 or less points, the winning team is allowed to resume man to man and full court defenses.

4) Teams are allowed 2 timeouts per regular game.
